Ms. Romero handled a complicated real estate transaction in excellent fashion. It was a house sale conducted under a power of attorney involving needed repairs with an absentee owner. It took diligence, perseverance and problem solving among numerous parties to complete. She was willing to meet in person in order to work on details. And she bought me a great cup of coffee!
