Meet Andrea
Hello, I'm Andrea. A trusted Real Estate professional serving Albuquerque, New Mexico, with a strong belief that where you live should support the life you want to build. I'm a proud New Mexican and have called Albuquerque’s North Valley home for most of my life, which allows me to bring deep local knowledge and genuine insight to every client relationship.
In 2017 I began my real estate career after working as a Project and Program Manager for the City of Albuquerque and Sandia National Laboratories. I hold an MBA from the University of New Mexico and bring a strategic, highly organized approach to every transaction. I’ve closed 192 transactions totaling over $60 million in sales, as well as partnered in seven new construction builds and three property flips.
I’m known for clear communication and personalized service, guiding clients through the buying and selling process with confidence and ease while building relationships that extend well beyond closing. Community involvement is deeply important to me. I serve on the boards for Albuquerque Collegiate Charter School, the Hispano Philanthropic Society (United Way of Central New Mexico), and the National Hispanic Cultural Center Foundation, and I proudly sponsor the Galloping Goat Pumpkin Patch & Fall Festival and the Rio Grande Down Syndrome Network Gala.
